Jacqueline Newman is an American family and matrimonial law lawyer.
==Education and career==
Newman graduated from a BA in sociology from the University of Delaware in 1996 and a JD from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1999.〔()〕 While in law school she was recruited by Barry Berkman, who taught her in a matrimonial law class〔 and Newman joined Berkman's firm in 1998.
